12-Week Body Transformation Challenge February 1 – April 26, 2019

Similar to training for a fitness competition, you will receive a nutrition plan, lifting schedule, cardio schedule and recommended supplements. You will train in one of our semi-private groups 3x/week and check in bi-weekly with your coach for your weigh in, progress photos & measurements to keep you accountable.
