We will talk about the journey, the upcoming 2020 show schedule and the team that's here to help you achieve the results you have only dreamed of.
The orientation meeting for our 21-day Total Fit challenge will be held on Thursday, September 26th at 7:00pm
At this meeting we will take "before" measurements and photos and answer any questions you may have about how to succeed with clean eating and staying consistent with your workouts throughout the challenge.
This meeting will be held at our fitness studio at 685 E. 14th Street - San Leandro, CA 94577.
This 21-day challenge will officially begin on Monday, September 30th and will last through Monday, October 21st. And for just ($97) you'll be granted unlimited access to our indoor/outdoor group fitness sessions (including fitness boot camp, metabolic conditioning, abs & glutes, kickboxing, cardio burn, cycle & sculpt and blitz H.I.I.T). By signing up for the semi-private training option ($189) you can add 3 sessions per week of semi-private training with your assigned personal trainer, along with unlimited access to group fitness classes. All challenge participants will meet again as part of the challenge finale' to get final measurements and to take "after" photos. This is an excellent program with a concentration on both nutrition as well as physical fitness, with the goal of helping you to establish good habits to improve overall wellness!
The Inner Athlete's 6th annual Thanksgiving Day Workout Challenge & Turkey Trot will take place at our Facility at 685 E. 14th Street in San Leandro on Thanksgiving morning. We will begin with a workout challenge in the gym and finish with a loop (1.2 miles) returning to our facility. All fitness levels are welcome - Walkers, Joggers, Kids and Pacers - everyone will be there.
After challenge stretch sessions will begin 30 minutes after the start lead by the awesome personal trainers of The Inner Athlete.
All participants will receive a special edition turkey trot t-shirt. Post run treats will be available, so you won't want to miss this awesome event!
