Who should attend this camp?
Guys who want a challenging and different workout 4 times
each week.  

When are sessions held?
Camp classes are held Monday through Thursday at 8PM.

Where are sessions held?
The Inner Athlete Fitness Studio

How long is each camp session?
Sessions will be approximately 45 to 60 minutes long.

What will the sessions include?
You can expect to train in many different ways.  Training will
include calisthenics, body weight resistance training,
dumbbell training,
weight lifting, conditioning drills, and
flexibility training.
