| WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE? Our classes will help new moms regain their pre-baby fitness and body. Classes include body weight resistance training, stairs drills, stroller sprints, hill walking, hand-weight training and conditioning drills as well as abdominal work. The stroller and baby will be used as resistance during the workouts. WHERE WILL CLASSES BE HELD? Our classes will meet at several different outdoor locations in San Leandro including parks and trails. HOW LONG ARE CLASSES? 45-60 minutes depending on location and activities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Water bottle, mat or towel and a good running or trail shoe. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL NEED: Stroller, snacks, toys, sun block, diapers, hat, blanket. |
