Q:  Is there a minimum number of personal training sessions that needs to be purchased?

A
:  Yes - a minimum of 4 sessions is required to be purchased initially.  Thereafter, sessions can   
      be paid for in advance bi-weekly or monthly.

Q:  Do I need to be in shape before starting a personal training or boot camp program?

A
:  Absolutely not!  All fitness levels are welcome.  We will work with you at whatever level you are     
      currently at to help you reach your goals.

Q:  What is the registration process?

A
:  You can contact us by e-mail or phone to set up an appointment for a consultation where we       
      will answer any questions you have about training and/or classes and create a schedule that      
      works for your busy life.  

Q  Are there shower facilities on the premises?

A
:  We are currently working on getting showers installed in the facility.  

Q:  Will I be sore after workouts?

A
:  You may experience some muscle soreness depending on how your body responds to                
       physical activity.   If you do experience soreness, know that it is part of the normal process of      
       building muscle and improving physique.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?

A
:  Personal training sessions can be canceled 24 or more hours in advance and rescheduled        
      within the week.  Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.  
No calls and no shows will also be charged in full.

6-week programs canceled prior to completion will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Boot Camp participants who cancel prior to starting can receive a refund, but will be subject to a       
$50 cancellation fee.   If canceled after the start date, a credit will be given toward another Boot         
Camp series.  No credit will be given toward personal training.

Q: If I'm late for my Personal Training session, will I still receive a full session?

A:  At the trainers discretion and if time permits, yes.   Clients who are more than 15 minutes tardy   
     for a training session will be subject to losing their workout for the day.
