My goal was to get to a steady and consistent weight for my body type and size
as well as a healthy, normal eating plan without the assistance of Jenny Craig.

I was referred to Alondra through a friend who knew that I liked to workout hard and
often.  Alondra has challenged my body to the utmost.  When I can't perform an
exercise in Boot Camp class, I actually go home and practice that exercise until I get
it!

Q – What made you to decide to make fitness a priority? What has made you
stay with the Inner Athlete for this long?

A -
Fitness is a priority because it keeps me active and assist me in making healthy
diet choices.  

I've been training with Alondra for over 3 years because I not only love the workouts,
but I see the change in my body as well.  I've gotten stronger and firmer due to
Alondra's training.

Q – What had been your plan for weight loss and diet in the past?

A -
In the past, I would go to the gym and do the same old routine.  It became so
boring that I started skipping the gym more days than I attended.  When I came to
Alondra, I was on Jenny Craig and I knew that I couldn't stay on this diet regimen
forever.  I was looking for a healthy, normal diet along with a challenging workout.  I
found the whole package working out with Alondra.

Q – How are you able to maintain your fit lifestyle?   What have you learned
from your trainers/classes?

A -
It's pretty much a habit now.  This "habit" makes me feel good and has had good
results.  I've learned to be diligent in maintaining consistency in total body care.  

Q - Do you have any motivating secrets for success?

A -
As one grows older the body changes, but it doesn't have to change for the bad.  
If you take care of yourself by making healthy choices you will age "gracefully".

Q - What is your current workout schedule?

A -
I now attend Boot Camp classes at The Inner Athlete 3-4 days a week and
personal train with Alondra 1 day each week.  I sometimes workout twice a day.  I run
and stretch in the morning or during my lunch hour before attending Boot Camp
class.
