1 - What was your fitness goal when joining The Inner Athlete? What brought
you to The Inner Athlete?

At the time, my fitness goal was nothing more than lose a “little weight.” A
friend brought me along with her during an 8 week challenge, and I was
hooked.
















Before coming to IA I didn’t have a plan. Alondra, gives me guidance and
support. She is really patient with me.

4 – How are you able to maintain your fit lifestyle?  What have you learned
from your trainers/classes?

I maintain my fit lifestyle by staying focused. Working out is apart of my daily
routine, bottom line. I’ve learned patience (that’s BIG for me), and
commitment. I’ve become patience with seeing results, and committed to
attending boot camp, and following Alondra’s advice.

5 - Do you have any motivating secrets for success?

Never give up. It may sound simple, even obvious, but when you're truly
committed to achieving your goal, giving up isn't even an option. You must
be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Finally, I did! So you can
too.

6 – What is your current workout schedule?

I attend boot camp at least 3x’s a week.

7 - What encouraging words would you say to someone who doubts the
value of having a trainer?

Having a personal trainer keeps you moving towards your success, while
maintaining a positive genuine concern for your progress. With a trainer you
are held accountable. Alondra demonstrates the safe handling of free
weights and the proper use of machines. On occasion, she also works out
with me. The routines are result producing.  As a personal trainer Alondra’s,
program remains fresh, new, challenging, and keeps your interest. I highly
recommend having a personal trainer to anyone wanting to see immediate
results, improve their overall fitness and health.

8 - What are some of your favorite workout styles?

My fav’s are: kettle bell swing, Dead lifts, squats, & butt kicks.

9 - What is your next fitness goal?

My next fitness goal for Spring 2011 is to decrease my body fat percentage,
and lean out.

10 - Who do you look up to for fitness inspiration?

For inspiration, I would not be forthcoming if I said I look within. Alondra, the
IA staff, and the boot camp members are fabulous. In their own special way
they have inspired me. Their inspiration helped me stick with it and attain my
goals. This is just the beginning for me. I look forward to checking this one
off as mission accomplished. Moving on to the next! Check in with my
progress in the spring of 2011. Thank you, all. See you in the gym!

2 – What made you to decide to make fitness a priority?

I made fitness a priority; because I knew I could not lose
weight, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and look good in my
clothes complaining about it. As the 8-week challenge
went on, I realized I was not in great shape. Then I asked
myself, what is your number one priority? The answer
was obvious. I stay with IA because the workouts are
always exciting, new, and challenging. I’m still working
muscles I didn’t think existed. Plus, you get VIP treatment.

3 – How are you able to maintain your fit lifestyle?   What
have you learned from your trainers/classes?
