| Q - What was your fitness goal when joining The Inner Athlete? A - My goal was to improve my health and appearance. Q – What made you to decide to get fit? What was your turning point? A - I was unhappy with my appearance. I took my measurements and knew I needed a change! After a few weeks of working with Alondra I was shocked by new measurements! That was enough to make me want to continue. Q – What was your plan for weight loss and diet? A - I have tried every diet known to man - Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig! Q - How are you able to maintain your new lifestyle? A - I have learned to change my diet by eating more veggies and lean protein. I always make sure to workout at least 4 times a week! Q - Do you have any motivating secrets for success? A - Leave the red vines alone! Q – What is your next fitness goal? By what date have you set this goal? A - To compete in a Bikini Diva competition in May of 2011. Q - Who do you look up to for fitness inspiration? A - Alondra Chatman. The greatest trainer in the world! |
