| Reverse Cable Wood Chop (Abdominals, Triceps) |
| This exercise can be done with a medicine ball as well. Stand with feet wider than hip-width. Hold cable or medicine ball by right hip with both hands. While looking straight ahead, contract the abdominals and turn torso slightly to the right. As you release the twist and straighten the legs, pull the cable/ball across the body until your arms are extended over your left shoulder. Repeat for a set of 12 - 15 reps. Repeat set on left side. |
